The manufacturing complex is built on a full technological cycle, delivered by our own in-house production areas.
Production areas
Metalworking area
Turret-punch and bending machines by Japan’s AMADA produce frame elements, acoustic enclosures, control cabinets and other sheet-metal parts.
Automated paint booth
A paint line with a booth by Switzerland’s GEMA: pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphating, rinsing) and powder coating of metal parts.
Tube-processing area
Cutting, bending and expanding copper tube and manufacturing manifolds on dedicated machines.
Fin production
A fully automated line forms aluminium-foil fins for heat-exchanger coils.
Assembly conveyor lines
Assembly of central refrigeration plants, pump modules and heat-recovery units; monoblocks and condensing units; condensers and evaporators; commercial refrigeration equipment.
Cabinet foaming
Foam-filling of commercial-refrigeration cabinets on machines by Italy’s CANNON; assembly of evaporator and condenser coils.
