Challenge
Deliver refrigeration for a distribution centre with multiple temperature zones on a tight schedule, with redundancy and low energy consumption.
Solution
We selected a range of air-cooled condensers and condensing units matched to the actual heat loads of each zone, manufactured them in-house and ran bench tests before despatch.
Result
An 18% reduction in energy consumption against the baseline design, with a six-week lead time.
